An idea is only as good as its execution. I hold the project together from drawing to finished room: the schedule, the tradespeople, the orders, the things that have to be decided on site. You have one point of contact through the whole job, someone who knows every decision behind it and makes sure it's all carried out as planned.
A drawing can be well considered and well designed, but it only holds value if it's built correctly. Between the drawing and the finished built lie schedules, contractors, orders and hundreds of decisions that have to be made in the right sequence. That's where most projects lose pace, or shape. With the right hands on it, that's avoidable.
I offer my clients project management: detailed scheduling, coordination of contractors and finish carpenters, orders and deliveries handled, and someone on site when something has to be settled. Because I drew the project, I know every decision behind it: why a wall sits where it sits, why a measurement is what it is. Nothing falls through the cracks.
What I solve for you is the freedom to not carry the heavy decisions, or the stress, through the whole build. You have one point of contact from start to finish, someone who answers for the whole and makes sure the result turns out as it was actually drawn, not a compromise that crept in along the way.
Through my good relationships with suppliers and tradespeople, I can also help you find the right people. That might be anything from installation and painting to purchasing, storage or transport. As a Studio A client, you have access to favourable prices and expertise.
