TERRACE HOUSE - SIBBARP

Malmö, Sweden
SCROLL DOWN
Bright open living room with beige sofa, two armchairs, wooden coffee table, dining area, and kitchen.

A 125 sqm functionalist terraced house, renovated throughout. I took the house from building-permit drawings to turnkey — a new layout across the whole house, all technical drawings, material choices, lighting and coordination of the joiners.

Full responsibility, the whole way. The clean lines of the scandinavian funkis style set the direction. The kitchen opened onto the living room in one bright, connected space: flat bright fronts against oak, a marble top on the island, glass cabinets in fluted glass. Every bespoke detail and furniture is designed by me for the customer - from joinery down to the bathroom vanity.

Modern laundry area with stacked washer and dryer, shelves with towels, hanging clothes, and drawers.

The guest WC took a wall of terrazzo mosaic and a custom-designed floating basin in pale stone, with a pendant that lights the pattern. The same terrazzo returns in the bathroom behind a backlit mirror.

The laundry corner hides behind sliding doors — machines, hanging rail and storage in one, lit and closed away at the end of the day.

A tranquil house where every room belongs to the next.
